Take a look at Dairy Cottage, our three-bedroom property stretching over two levels. This property has a private parking space for four cars, leading to the secure garden perfect for children to play in, and a path that meanders up to your front door.

Take a moment before going in to admire the beautiful rolling hills and gorgeous woodland in front of you before stepping into your home away from home. A large, open-plan living room with vaulted ceilings and wood beams is furnished with squashy, comfortable sofas, a TV and a large Welsh dresser. The small electric wood stove adds a lovely warm touch. The kitchen has a large table in it that’s perfect for eating dinner, or lighting a candle and indulging in some wine; or board games with the kids.

This is a holiday home for families and groups. The ground floor houses both a double and a twin bedroom, with a bathroom and power shower to accommodate guests sleeping in this part of the house. Upstairs there’s a second twin bedroom, with a cot provided if required.

It’s the unique touches that make this place amazing: the earthenware bottles that line the stairs, and the handmade pots on the shelves of the Welsh dresser; the stone walls mellowed by the warm wood, and the kitchen perfect for long nights and deep conversation.

Outside, the patio has a Charcoal barbeque and is the perfect space to watch the children playing on the grassy lawn. On long summer nights, this is where memories are made that last a lifetime. Coupled with the birds that often visit the property from the woodland just beyond the borders of your home, and the friendly squirrels that hop in and out of the garden, this is a peaceful sanctuary designed for your family.

We want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, and so we provide you with some additional extras so you can enjoy your holiday a little more. Bathrooms are stocked with loo roll and hand soap. Your kitchen will have a tea cosy, oven gloves, kitchen towels, dishcloths, scissors, dishwasher tabs, laundry cleaner and cleaning materials. They’re replenished with basic stuff for every stay: pepper mill, sugar, salt, oil, teabags and coffee. While the supermarkets deliver here regularly (Asda & Tesco), we also pop a pint of milk in your fridge, and some local waffles can be expected to welcome you.
